Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wulpax (the “Service”), operated by TKT SOLUTIONS GIDA DIŞ TİCARET VE LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Elmalı Mh. 7. Sk. Zamanlar İş Merkezi No:18/604, Muratpaşa/Antalya, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wulpax lets you generate and edit images and videos with third-party artificial intelligence models through one account and one credit balance. Models are provided by independent companies and may change, be replaced or be removed. We do not guarantee that any specific model stays available.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for your login details and for all activity in your account.
• One person, one account. Creating accounts to collect free credits repeatedly is not allowed.

3. Credits

• Generations are paid for with credits. The price of each generation is shown before you start it.
• New accounts receive free credits once. Free credits have no cash value.
• Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If a generation fails on our side or the model provider's side, the credits are returned automatically.
• Credits are not money, cannot be transferred to other accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits do not currently expire while your account is open. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any expiry.
• Credit prices of models may change. Changes do not affect generations already started.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles taxes and invoices. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, and add that plan's credits on each successful payment, until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time on the Pricing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that. Credits you already received stay in your balance.
• When you switch plans, the price difference is prorated and charged or credited on your next invoice, as shown before you confirm.

5. Refunds

Because credits are delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by writing to wulpax@tktexport.com. We will also refund charges caused by billing errors. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Your content

• You keep any rights you have in the prompts and images you upload (“Inputs”). As between you and us, you own the images and videos you generate (“Outputs”) to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs, including to the model providers, only to run the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not publish it.
• Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content created for others. Check them before relying on them. Use of some models' Outputs may also be subject to that model provider's terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• sexualises minors in any way, or depicts anyone who appears to be under 18 in a sexual context;
• shows a real person nude or in a sexual situation without their consent;
• uses a real person's face or likeness without their permission, including in face swap, try-on and character features;
• impersonates someone, or is meant to deceive people into believing fabricated events are real;
• harasses, threatens, defames or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others;
• is otherwise illegal, or helps someone break the law.

You must also not abuse the Service: no automated scraping, attempts to break security or limits, reselling access, or reverse engineering. We may block generations, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

When you use a feature involving another person's photo, you confirm that you have that person's permission. You are responsible for that confirmation.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to wulpax@tktexport.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that Outputs will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the Antalya courts and enforcement offices, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
