Delivery

• Wulpax sells digital credits; there is no physical product or shipping.
• Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed and work on every image and video model.
• Monthly plans last 30 days and don't renew automatically. Pack credits don't expire.

Refunds

• Credits are digital content added to your account the moment you buy them; there is no right of withdrawal and no refund.
• If there is a technical error, a double charge or the service cannot be provided, we refund. Write to hello@wulpax.com with your account email and the payment date.
• If a generation fails on our side or the model provider's, its credits are already returned to your balance automatically.
• Approved refunds go back to the card used within 7 business days; when the money shows up depends on your bank. The refunded purchase's credits are removed from your balance.
