2. What you are buying

Wulpax credits are digital rights used to generate with the AI image and video models on the site. Pack credits don't expire. Monthly plans last 30 days and don't renew automatically. Each generation's credit cost is shown before it starts.

3. Price and payment

The total price including taxes is shown in US dollars (USD) on the Pricing page. Buyers in Türkiye pay in Turkish lira: the basket shows the USD price converted at the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) USD selling rate of the payment day, rounded up to whole lira, and that is the amount charged. Buyers elsewhere pay the USD price in US dollars. The country is determined from the connection the order is placed from. There are no extra charges. Payment is taken once by card through iyzico.

4. Delivery

Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for instantly delivered digital content, and purchases are not refunded. We do refund technical errors, double charges or a service that cannot be provided (Delivery and Refunds).

6. Complaints
