Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: TKT SOLUTIONS GIDA DIŞ TİCARET VE LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Elmalı Mh. 7. Sk. Zamanlar İş Merkezi No:18/604, Muratpaşa/Antalya, Türkiye. Tax office: Antalya Kurumlar, tax number: 8450640839. Email: hello@wulpax.com.

Buyer: the person who makes a purchase with a Wulpax account, with the details given in that account and at checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for credit packs and monthly plans (“Products”) bought online on Wulpax, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products, prices and payment

• Products are digital credits used to generate images and videos with AI on Wulpax. Names, credit amounts and prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include taxes.
• Payment is taken once, by credit or debit card, through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. The Seller never sees or stores card details.
• Monthly plans are a one-time payment valid for 30 days and do not renew automatically. Plan credits are added on payment.

4. Delivery

Products are digital; there is no physical delivery. Credits are added to the Buyer's Wulpax account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If they don't appear within a few minutes, write to hello@wulpax.com.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly. By completing payment the Buyer agrees to the immediate delivery of credits and accepts that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

Even so, the Seller accepts refund requests made within 14 days of payment if no credits from the purchase have been used. See Delivery and Refunds.

6. Obligations

• The Seller adds the credits of every confirmed payment to the Buyer's account in full.
• The Buyer uses the service in line with the Terms of Service. Unused credits in accounts closed for breaching them are not refunded.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them, are competent for disputes under this agreement.

8. Entry into force

The Buyer confirms reading and accepting this agreement before completing payment. It takes effect when the payment is confirmed.
